REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At TheNewTee, we strive to provide high-quality products. Since our items are printed on demand and unique to each order, we only accept returns and refunds under specific conditions related to manufacturing defects.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for a defective item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return (Defective Items Only) We only replace or refund items if they are:

Damaged upon arrival: Torn fabric, broken items, or shipping damage.

Manufacturing defects: Printing errors, blurred images, or incorrect colors compared to the original design.

Wrong item sent: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Buyer's Remorse) Please note that we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind: You no longer want the item.

Incorrect size/color ordered: Customers are responsible for checking the size charts before purchasing.

Worn or washed items: Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
4. Return Process & Fees

How to start a return: Please contact us at support@thenewtee.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective product.

Return Shipping Fee: For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will pay $0 for the return process.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee ($0) for any authorized returns.
5. Refund Timeline Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
